Workshops
SMALL GROUP WORKSHOPS
60-90mins / up to 8 participants
These sessions foster an enriching environment where peer discussions flourish, and participants genuinely appreciate and respect each other's insights, guidance, and viewpoints. There are two formats: in-person gatherings at your London office location, or online sessions where everyone participates from the comfort of their own screen. To maintain the integrity of the experience, I do not offer hybrid workshops that combine both in-person and online particpants.
GIVING AND RECEIVING FEEDBACK / 90min
Feedback is essential for growth and improvement, whether it’s positive recognition or constructive guidance. This workshop focuses on developing your skills to give and receive feedback clearly and effectively. You’ll learn how to create an open dialogue that fosters learning and improvement, using practical models to enhance your approach. With time for group discussion and Q&A, you’ll leave with actionable strategies to strengthen feedback culture in your team.
Key Takeaways Include:
Understanding the importance of feedback in personal and professional development.
How to give positive feedback that motivates and inspires.
Strategies for delivering constructive feedback with clarity and impact.
Practical models for giving and receiving feedback effectively.
PRODUCTIVE CONFLICT / 90 min
Learn how to embrace conflict as a tool for growth, innovation, and collaboration. This workshop helps you identify and address conflict in a constructive way, ensuring it leads to improved performance and healthier team dynamics. You'll explore practical tips for managing difficult conversations and navigating conflict patterns. Time for group discussion and Q&A ensures you leave with actionable strategies for handling conflict effectively.
Pre-Work:
Participants will complete a conflict questionnaire before the session to assess their default approach to conflict. This creates a starting point for reflection and discussion in the workshop itself.
Key Takeaways Include:
Understanding inclusion, psychological safety, and their role in conflict resolution.
Identifying conflict, conflict debt, and patterns that hinder progress.
Different modes of conflict and when to use them constructively.
Practical approaches for navigating difficult conversations with confidence.
“The workshop made me reflect on my personal inherent attitude to how I respond to conflict on both a professional and an interpersonal level. It is very well structured as it taps into the foundations of our upbringing, giving grounds to interesting conversations which can also act as ice breakers for members of the same team, allowing them to get to know each other better. It was interesting to find out more about other people’s natural attitude to conflict and to see how they would play out on a professional setting, having experienced them on a personal setting. I enjoyed the example around giving feedback that Karen demonstrated to the group, which I will come in handy in the future. I recommend this workshop to more senior level management individuals, as it will help them understand their workforce better and how their own attitude to conflict affects their greater team.”
DELEGATION SKILLS / 90min
Delegation is more than just assigning tasks—it’s a key leadership skill that can enhance both your productivity and your team’s growth. This workshop provides a structured framework to help you delegate effectively, empowering your team while avoiding common pitfalls. We’ll explore the seven steps of delegation, how to assess delegation levels, and how to overcome confidence traps. Group discussion and Q&A allow you to tackle real-world delegation challenges in a supportive environment.
Key Takeaways Include:
The seven steps to delegating tasks successfully and with clarity.
Understanding different delegation levels and when to use them.
Recognising and overcoming confidence traps—whether you’re micromanaging or holding back.
BUILDING YOUR NETWORK / 90min
Relationships are one of the most valuable currencies architects have today. Your network—or “powerbase”—enables you to uncover opportunities, gain access to resources, and make things happen. This workshop will help you assess, improve, and strengthen your professional powerbase, giving you the tools to build impactful connections that drive your career forward.
Key Takeaways Include:
Developing awareness of what it takes to proactively build strong professional relationships.
Practical ways to improve and expand your current powerbase.

“Karen was very open and authentic; her visualization exercises about imagining the future were great.”
“I like the approach - getting attendees to reflect and find their own answers rather than a ready made solution to building a network.”
PERSONAL RESILIENCE / 90min
Challenges are an inevitable part of any career—whether it’s a promotion, redundancy, illness, a new job, or stepping out of your comfort zone. Strong resilience capabilities can make all the difference in how you recover, adapt, and move forward.
