SMALL GROUP WORKSHOPS / 60-90mins / up to 8 participants
These sessions foster an enriching environment where peer discussions flourish, and participants genuinely appreciate and respect each other's insights, guidance, and viewpoints. There are two formats: in-person gatherings at your London office location, or online sessions where everyone participates from the comfort of their own screen. To maintain the integrity of the experience, I do not offer hybrid workshops that combine both in-person and online particpants.

This workshop aims to get women thinking pro-actively about barriers to progression and what raises performance levels. This workshop has evolved from the report: WOMEN IN ARCHITECTURE: Self-Development and Career Advancement for Mid-Level Professionals.
Outline:
Pre-work: Attendees answer an online questionnaire about their approach to self-development for feedback into the workshop.
Report summary plus group discussion on:
Approach: How do you approach your professional self-development right now?
Barriers: What is hindering you from the self-development opportunities that you need?
Performance: What can you do to ensure that you perform at your best this year?
Planning: What should you focus on for personal and professional growth?

BESPOKE LEGO SERIOUS PLAY WORKSHOPS / 2-4 Hr
Attendees: Up to 10 (Larger groups on discussion). Location: London, your office
The LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® methodology is a facilitated thinking, communication and problem-solving application for organisations, groups and teams. Each participant builds individual and shared LEGO models using specially selected LEGO bricks. These 3D models serve as the basis for group discussion, knowledge sharing, problem solving and decision-making.
