When using the workbooks, I urge you not to confine yourself to your desk - instead, print, grab a comfy seat, a view, and a drink. Reflect, ponder, question, and write. With around 70-80% of the neurons in our brain connected to our hands, it makes sense to tap into the power of unconscious 'hand knowledge'.

EU And NI orders. Due to some recent changes in regulations for EU and Northern Ireland, small businesses like mine are facing a few extra hurdles when it comes to shipping directly to these regions. Unfortunately, this means I’m unable to ship my journals to the EU and Northern Ireland from the 12th Dec without facing additional costs and paperwork. I know this might be a bit of a disappointment, and I’m really sorry for the inconvenience. I’m actively looking for ways to make things work again. Hypnosis for Leadership

I encourage hypnosis for four reasons:

  1. It’s deeply relaxing. If you find yourself constantly on the go, rushing from deadline to dinner, a 30min reset can alleviate tension, reduce emotion and increase your energy. Hypnosis is the new “commute” if you work from home. 

  2. It works by changing our perspective, how we view ourselves and the thinking habits that are getting in the way of our success.

  3. You get to work on your wellbeing and your professional performance simultaneously. If I can do “Ten Steps to Stellar Success” whilst relaxing, I’m in!

  4. Over time the results will accumulate - your body will remember how relaxed it can become and you can draw this muscle-memory when you need it.
