This year I am once again excited to be part of the World Business and Executive Coach Summit (WBECS) team, this time for the 2020 Summit. WBECS has entrusted me to create post-session notes, capturing key learnings, for worldwide attendees.
I was excited to be able to kick off the summit by writing for Patrick Lencioni's session! Patrick is the best-selling author of "The Five Dysfunctions of a Team" and this session: "The Untapped Advantage of Organisational Health", promises an overwhelming case that organisational health will surpass all other disciplines in business as the greatest opportunity for improvement and competitive advantage. After the year we've had so far, I'm on board with that thinking already!
I'll be continuing my WBECS journey over the next six months, writing for leading speakers such as:
Herminia Ibarra: An authority on leadership and career transition and the Charles Handy Professor of organisational behaviour at the London Business School.
Alisa Cohn: Named one of the Top 30 Global Gurus for Startups of 2020
Rasmus Hougaard: Recognised by the Thinkers50 as one of the most important emerging business thinkers in the world.
Tom Kolditz: Brigadier General Kolditz is an internationally recognised expert on crisis leadership and leadership in extreme contexts and is the founding Director of the Ann & John Doerr Institute for New Leaders at Rice University.
Updates will be shared via Linkedin posts and articles.
